This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Assist in bussing tables by clearing away used dishes and utensils promptly to maintain a clean dining area. Help with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients for various dishes. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by sweeping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized. Support catering events or banquets by setting up and breaking down food service areas as required. Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols for food handling to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and assist with any additional tasks as needed. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with bussing, cleaning, cooking, food handling, and culinary practices is advantageous. Experience in banquet service or catering roles is a plus. A background in hospitality or hotel settings can enhance your application. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential for success in this role.
