At Charleys Cheesesteaks, every team member plays an important role. We operate with a small, efficient team, so you'll have the opportunity to learn every aspect of the restaurant—from preparing fresh food and serving customers to keeping the restaurant clean and organized. Responsibilities Prepare fresh food according to Charleys standards Provide friendly, professional customer service Take customer orders and operate the POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Restock food and supplies as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Support teammates and assist wherever needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
