PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking products, refilling ice or taking out trash Constant face-to-face interactions with Team Members and Guests Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment Ability to multi-task and remain positive in stressful working conditions Taking customer orders while using our state of the art point-of-sale system Making amazing food and fresh fruit and veggie smoothies Prepping food - ensuring accurate measuring and weighing Maintaining a clean working environment in accordance with food safety standards ____________________________________

WORKING CONDITIONS

Most shifts are between six to eight hours, but this may vary Inspire Team Leaders can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours and may have additional opening/closing responsibilities All Team Members will comply with Tropical Smoothie Cafe' s core values in all interactions Follow the Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and personal hygiene policy for each shift Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment with no fryers
