Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards Handle food safely and hygienically, adhering to all food handling regulations Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and organizing supplies Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and deliver exceptional guest services Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred but not required, must be willingly eager to learn the skills and responsibilities of a kitchen staff Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards is advantageous Prior kitchen or culinary experience, including hotel or hospitality settings, enhances your ability to succeed in this role Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are vital for providing guest services that exceed expectations Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and banquet operations will help you thrive in this energetic environment
