Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders and transactions Manage food service customer orders with accuracy, ensuring timely delivery and quality control Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following sanitation protocols and food safety guidelines Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, giving change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including fryers, grills, ovens, and food prep tools Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction during their visit Support retail sales transactions when needed, including grocery or café sales in a quick service environment Assist in food handling procedures to meet health regulations and ensure food safety management standards are upheld Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
