Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen Team Member, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key part of our kitchen staff, you will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure that all food safety standards are met. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Support the team in food presentation for banquets and special events. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling and safety practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential. Experience with food preparation or cooking is advantageous, especially in banquet settings.
