Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Floor Staff member and be the vibrant heartbeat of our entertainment, hospitality, and event spaces! In this energetic role, you will create memorable experiences for guests by delivering exceptional customer service, managing guest interactions, and ensuring smooth operations across various activities. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help foster a welcoming environment where visitors feel valued, safe, and entertained. Whether assisting with event management or providing top-tier guest services, your contribution will be vital to the success of our lively venue. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs throughout their visit Support event management activities by coordinating guest flow and ensuring timely execution of scheduled programs Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts efficiently, and maintain a positive atmosphere at all times Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during ticket sales, concessions, or merchandise transactions Ensure safety protocols are followed by monitoring the premises as a lifeguard or safety supervisor when applicable Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Assist with food service operations, including setting up dining areas and serving guests in a hospitality setting Engage with children and families to create an inclusive environment suitable for all ages Support public speaking efforts during events or presentations to enhance guest engagement Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor area to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety Experience Prior experience in events management or hospitality environments is highly desirable Proven conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively Strong customer service background with a focus on guest satisfaction and experience enhancement Experience working with children in recreational or educational settings is a plus Lifeguard certification or experience is preferred to ensure safety standards are met during aquatic activities Familiarity with food service operations and cash handling procedures Comfortable engaging in public speaking or leading group activities in front of diverse audiences Previous roles in theater, resort, or entertainment venues will be considered an advantage Join us as a Floor Staff member and become part of an energetic team dedicated to creating unforgettable moments!
