Overview Join our dynamic team as a Floor Staff member and become the vibrant heartbeat of our entertainment, hospitality, and event spaces! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs to foster a positive experience Manage guest flow during events, ensuring smooth entry, seating, and exit processes Handle cash transactions accurately for tickets, concessions, or merchandise Support event operations by coordinating activities and ensuring safety protocols are followed Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and conflict management skills Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas to uphold high standards of hospitality Provide information about upcoming events or activities through public speaking and guest engagement Requirements Previous experience in customer service, food service, or hospitality is preferred but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in a fast-paced environment Experience in conflict management and resolving guest issues effectively Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus for roles near water attractions or pools Working with children or in theater/event settings is advantageous for engaging younger audiences or managing performances Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating fun-filled moments!
