Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling products to enhance sales and customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give accurate change while ensuring proper cash handling procedures Assist in stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and ensuring product displays are appealing and well-maintained Support food safety management practices by following sanitation protocols, proper food handling procedures, and operating kitchen equipment safely Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers Experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is advantageous Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards at all times Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to providing outstanding service while honing your skills in the food industry!
