Job Summary As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in our culinary operations, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires a passion for food and a commitment to food safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables. Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. Help with banquet preparation and execution as needed. Support other kitchen staff in various tasks to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to help others and collaborate as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
