Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing information and assistance to enhance their experience Assist in coordinating event activities, ensuring timely execution and smooth transitions Manage guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly with professionalism and positivity Handle cash transactions accurately during food service or merchandise sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor area to uphold safety standards and aesthetic appeal Support lifeguard duties if applicable, including monitoring pool safety and responding to emergencies Engage with children and families, creating an inclusive environment that encourages enjoyment and safety Use public speaking skills to make announcements or provide instructions clearly and confidently Qualifications Previous experience in events management, hospitality, or food service is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive attitude Experience working with children or in a resort or theater environment is a plus Lifeguard certification or experience is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if necessary Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking and guest interaction Capable of handling cash accurately and responsibly during transactions Ability to work flexible hours in a lively setting that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit extraordinary!
