Job Description
Job Summary As a Back of House team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and supporting the front-of-house staff to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. You'll be an integral part of a dynamic team, working in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly impact our success. What you'll do Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas, adhering to health and safety standards. Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, assembling dishes, and ensuring all ingredients are ready for service. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely delivery of orders and seamless communication during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while following all operational procedures. Participate in regular cleaning schedules, including deep cleaning tasks as required. Support the team during busy shifts by stepping in wherever needed to maintain workflow. Basic qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
