Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in managing inventory and stock levels. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities. Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation or a similar role. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and sales reporting. Experience with POS systems is a plus (Aloha POS, Micros POS). Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
