This position combines ice cream preparation, dessert making, kitchen operations, and customer service. We are seeking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing great food and excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities Prepare rolled ice cream, bubble waffles, milkshakes, and other desserts according to company standards. Assist with preparing and cooking food items including burgers, wings, fries, tenders, and other menu items. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Take customer orders and operate the POS system. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, dining areas, and restrooms. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials. Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Requirements Minimum 6 months of restaurant, kitchen, dessert shop, food service, or customer service experience required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Evening and weekend availability required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ice cream, desserts, or restaurant kitchens. Experience operating fryers, grills, or food preparation equipment.
