Requirements:

18+ years of age. Walk and stand for extended periods of time. Lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis. Communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays. Experience in kitchen prep and operation preferred. Essential Duties Prepares food and follows recipes for quality control. Follows all quality standards, safe food handling to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. Ensures cleanliness of kitchen area; wash kitchen utensils and equipment according to sanitary methods. Other kitchen duties as assigned.
