As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Operate POS systems for order taking and payment processing. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Assist and maintaining a clean dining environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or a quick service & fast food restaurant is preferred.
