Duties Prepare and assemble concession food items according to established recipes and safety standards Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling products to enhance sales and guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and surrounding areas in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with accuracy Restock supplies regularly to ensure product availability during peak hours Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food handling procedures Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, quick service, concession stand work preferred Food Handlers permit required Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
