Position Summary We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Kitchen Production Team Members to join our small production team. You'll help prepare, mix, portion, and package our protein bars, following strict food safety and quality standards to make sure every batch meets our high bar for taste and nutrition. Responsibilities Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes and production specs Mix, form, and portion protein bar batches by hand and with kitchen equipment Wrap, label, and package finished product for shipping and retail Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen/production workspace Follow all food safety, allergen-control, and quality assurance protocols Monitor ingredient freshness and inventory; flag low stock or quality issues Operate and clean kitchen equipment (mixers, ovens, sealers, etc.) safely Work collaboratively with teammates to hit daily production goals Follow proper labeling and lot-tracking procedures for traceability Qualifications Previous kitchen, food production, or food service experience preferred Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25-50 lbs Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a small team Understanding of basic food safety practices (ServSafe or food handler's certification a plus) Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely Comfortable working in a refrigerated/cool kitchen environment What We OfferE3 Energy Cubes is an equal opportunity employer.
