Job Description

Job Summary -Must be 18 or older to be considered for this position. It is a federal requirement to operate the mixers and ovens. No exceptions. -Must be able to work Fridays/Saturdays Join our vibrant team as a Crumbl Crew Member and become the heart of our bakery! In this energetic role, you'll be the friendly face greeting customers, crafting delectable baked goods, and ensuring every order is made with precision and care. Your enthusiasm and culinary skills will help create a memorable experience for every guest while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. If you love baking, serving others, and working in a fast-paced setting, this is your chance to shine! Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of desserts with attention to detail. Package products efficiently while maintaining quality standards and food safety protocols Assist in food production and food preparation tasks to meet daily demand Operate kitchen equipment safely Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including adhering to food safety regulations Support catering events or special orders by preparing large quantities of desserts as needed Experience Previous experience in baking, or food production is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Familiarity with cookie decorating techniques and presentation enhances your ability to excel in this role Experience in a restaurant or food industry setting demonstrates your ability to work efficiently under pressure Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures ensures a safe environment for all Kitchen experience is highly valued Strong customer service background helps create positive interactions with guests and team members Embark on an exciting journey where your culinary talents can flourish!
