No artificial anything. No exceptions. From our open kitchen to every ingredient we use, Urban Acre is built on transparency, intention, and the idea that getting food fast doesn't have to mean "fast food." Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to spec with consistency on every order Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift Follow all food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP / Utah health department) Communicate clearly with kitchen teammates and front-of-house staff during service Receive and rotate inventory using FIFO; flag quality issues immediately Assist with prep and general kitchen tasks during non-service hours Adapt to menu changes and follow direction from kitchen leadership Show up on time, ready to work, every scheduled shift Requirements Ability to work quickly & stay composed during a busy service Valid Utah Food Handlers Permit or ability to obtain within 14 days)f Reliable, punctual, and a team player Willingness to learn and take direction from kitchen leadership Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages Preferred but not Required Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting Ability to work multiple stations Basic knife skills and comfort with kitchen equipment
