Job Description Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely set up of kitchen areas for lunch and dinner service as directed Pays attention to detail of Expo set up, replenishes Mise en Place on a regular basis and as directed Supports service staff in executing proper sequence of service while moving with purpose, confidence and speed at all times Anticipates business flows and needs and proactively sets up back stocks to minimize outages and service disruptions Works diligently with service and kitchen team and communicates effectively with other support staff to maintain high level of guest experience throughout service Performs additional tasks as requested such as bussing and kitchen support Maintains station cleanliness and sanitation standards in both FOH and BOH Completes set-up, side work and closing tasks as assigned and/or directed in a timely manner Seeks approval Server or MOD prior to dismissal Minimum Qualifications Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (must have flexible schedule). Commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experience Effective communication skills Preferred Qualifications General knowledge and enthusiasm for craft distilling and spirits

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

Works outdoors/indoors Works in warm/cold climates Works in high places Works on wet surfaces Is exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic Must be able to move up to 55 lbs Must be at least 21 years of age.
