Full Job Description Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
Greet all guests Accurately and efficiently cook and present all hot food products in accordance with company standards and policies as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking in the same manner. Prepare a variety of food items utilizing a variety of kitchen equipment including but not limited to griddle, fryer and stovetop. Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served. Know and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. Assist in stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, cooking equipment and refrigeration equipment. Follow proper presentation set up for all dishes. Handle, store, and rotate all products properly. Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed. Close the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assist others in closing the kitchen. Attend all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement. Follow all policies set forth by Provo Beach. Perform other duties in the areas of food as needed including but not limited to any prep work, customer service, or custodial functions that might be required. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Foodservice Manager, or manager-on-duty.
