As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks in a quick-service and fast-food restaurant setting, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for efficient order processing. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling inquiries with professionalism. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Support team members in various roles, including bussing tables, serving food, and maintaining inventory levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Skills Proven experience in food preparation and handling within the food industry. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on sales and upselling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Previous experience in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant is advantageous. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus.
