We serve a wide array of facility and customers: School systems, universities, airports, healthcare facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, and more. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial hot side kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, steamers, grills, warmers, kettles, and other cooking appliances Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance Conduct safety inspections and verify compliance with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes
