Jersey Mike's Subs is looking for

Shift Leaders or Crew Members Compensation/Benefits:

$15-20 per hour total compensation includes $13/hour base pay + tips (base pay determined by position applied for and experience/qualifications. $15 per hour minimum for entry-level with zero experience or qualifications) Free regular size sandwich plus free drink refills each shift Health, vision, and dental insurance benefit packages available Paid Training in our own Training Facility. No experience necessary

Closed Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Qualifications/Responsibilities:

Must be 16 years of age or older due to equipment age-restrictions. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Operate POS system and cash register accurately for transactions. Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation. Learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant environment. Participate in both Training Center programs, typically Wednesday and Thursday evening from 5:30pm-8:30pm (Training Center is in the back of our Jersey Mike's located at 11413 Midlothian Turnpike)

Physical Demands:
