Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Support cooking processes by monitoring food items during preparation and ensuring quality standards are met. Help with food handling procedures to comply with safety regulations and prevent cross-contamination. Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently to ensure a clean and inviting environment for guests. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and deliver excellent customer service. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety practices is highly valued. Experience working in banquet settings or hotel kitchens can be an advantage. Strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and interact positively with guests.
