We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and energetic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. Position Summary As a Crew Member, you will play an essential role in delivering excellent guest experiences by preparing food, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to contribute to all aspects of restaurant operations. Essential Responsibilities Customer Service Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent service. Assist guests with menu questions and accommodate reasonable requests. Food Preparation Prepare and serve menu items according to Moe's recipes and standards. Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper portioning. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Cleaning & Sanitation Wash dishes, utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, serving line, dining room, restrooms, and storage areas. Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors as needed. Clean tables, counters, windows, beverage stations, and guest areas. Remove trash and recycling regularly and maintain clean dumpster areas. Complete assigned cleaning checklists and side work tasks. Assist with deep cleaning projects as directed by management. Ensure all cleaning and sanitation standards are consistently met. Restaurant Operations Restock food, beverages, paper products, and supplies. Assist with opening and closing duties. Follow company policies, procedures, and health department regulations. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and organization. Complete all assigned duties, including routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently. Willingness to perform cleaning duties and maintain high cleanliness standards. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Ability to work near hot equipment and cleaning chemicals safely. Ability to perform repetitive cleaning and food preparation tasks.
