RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct food preparation duties safely and expertly(washing, chopping, cutting, weighing, measuring, storing) Label and stock ingredients on shelves; keep track of inventory as needed Measure ingredients and seasonings; help prepare our house-made menu items and ingredients Perform basic kitchen duties and support the kitchen team during high volume periods of time. Maintain a clean and orderly workstation; keep all surfaces and tools clean Follow proper nutrition and sanitation guidelines; promote food safety above all else Operate automatic dish machine to ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation of plateware, utensils, and cooking materials Hand wash/sanitize equipment and larger materials Remember that your work contributes to our guests' enjoyment of food taste and plate presentation

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
