Job Description
Ensure store checklists are complete Direct and support the store manager, kitchen manager, and staff employees Review and assist with completing store scheduling Observe and evaluate staff and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service. Enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs. Ensure that all food and drinks are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, portioning, and serving standards. Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, wait time, and service. Assign duties, responsibilities, and workstations to employees in accordance with work requirements. Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems. Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities. Attend weekly team meetings, sales calls, and team huddles Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift and balance register. Be knowledgeable of all policies regarding personnel. Cross trained and knowledgeable both front and back of the house procedures Ensuring all staff are properly managing time and clocked in and out. Perform personnel actions, such as interviewing staff, providing employee orientation and training. Ensure staff are in proper uniform Recommend measures for improving work procedures and staff performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety.
