This role focuses on food preparation, assembling authentic Japanese ramen, and managing the deep-fry station.
Key Responsibilities Ramen Preparation:
Assemble and garnish ramen bowls according to restaurant recipes (adjusting noodles, pouring broth, and adding toppings).
Fry Station:
Operate the deep fryer to prepare appetizers and sides (e.g., Chicken Karaage, Gyoza, Tempura, Takoyaki).
Food Prep:
Prepare everyday ingredients (slicing vegetables, portioning meats, preparing soft-boiled eggs, and chopping green onions).
Kitchen Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift. Requirements Previous kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
