Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by assembling ingredients, and following recipes accurately. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Support cooking processes by preparing ingredients and assisting chefs during meal service. Handle food safety procedures diligently, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices. Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to support efficient service flow. Contribute to banquet setups and catering events with timely food prep and presentation. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and deliver excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food handling safety standards. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve guests courteously. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. A passion for hospitality, culinary arts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
