Kitchen Cook in Downtown Issaquah Our movie theater and restaurant is looking to train a candidate who is willing to learn how to prepare our simple and satisfying menu which includes our signature Smashburger - they are the hottest new burger and we make a great one!! For the past 27 years our award winning dine-in movie theater has offered an elevated movie going experience unlike any other - we were recently selected as the best dine-in-movie theater in the state of Washington. We offer a beautiful restaurant along with a state of the art 33-seat movie theater, full bar and menu. If you demonstrate proficiency and reliability in the kitchen this can lead to cross training to learn how to bartend!

Perks:

Hourly wage $20 Plus tip share . Hourly wage plus tip share will bring your total hourly rate to approximately $26 - $30 Work a set schedule of Wednesdays and Thursdays. Weekday shift times are about 4:00pm to 9:00pm Watch Free Movies! Position includes the following duties:

Open and close the kitchen Prep for service Light cooking (griddle and convection oven, no frying!) You will learn how to cook our signature Smashburger Clean and sanitize surfaces each shift Practice safe food handling procedures Assist with delivering food and drinks to theater & lounge Assist with customer check in at box office, when needed Must have current WA state Food Handlers card, Class 12 license a plus Great location: Big Picture is located in downtown Issaquah with lots of free parking and nearby bus lines No substance abuse problems. •Tell us a bit about yourself and include your resume.
