Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality ramen and other Japanese-inspired dishes with precision and enthusiasm Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure safety and efficiency Assist in taking customer orders, providing friendly recommendations, and ensuring excellent service throughout their visit Follow all food safety standards and health regulations diligently Support team members during busy periods by collaborating seamlessly to deliver swift, accurate service Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep operations running smoothly Engage with guests warmly, creating an inviting environment that reflects the vibrant spirit of Hikari Ramen Skills Strong enthusiasm for Japanese cuisine and culinary arts Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer interaction Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail in food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness standards Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Prior experience in restaurant service or kitchen roles is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
