Duties Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely service and presentation standards are met Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in all work areas Support heavy lifting tasks using safe lifting practices to move ingredients, supplies, and equipment efficiently Perform manual handling tasks such as bussing tables, clearing dishes, and organizing kitchen stations Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions when required Maintain high standards of guest service by assisting with serving food and beverages in a courteous manner Support banquet events by preparing and serving large quantities of food while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred; familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently follow safe lifting practices Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Experience with culinary tasks such as cooking, food preparation, and plating is advantageous Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is beneficial but not mandatory Prior hotel or hospitality experience can enhance your ability to deliver exceptional guest services Embark on a rewarding journey in the culinary world where your skills make a difference!
