Prepare and cook food to meet high-quality standards Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards Ensure kitchen equipment is used correctly and safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation Maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Work collaboratively with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service Ability to lift 50 pounds Other duties as assignedACCOUNTABILITY

NoneKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 6 months to one year experience in food service;
- Updated food service card (to be provided before 1st shift);
SUCCESS FACTORS
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact in a professional manner with all crew members, guests and community and business partners;
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Willingness to cross-train and perform duties across the business.
BENEFITS
- All crew receive a meal comp each shift;
- Crew members also receive a 20% discount on food/merchandise (not including alcohol);
- Payday is weekly
- every Friday.
- Sick time is accrued at 1 hour per every 40 hours worked.
TIP POLICIES
- Tips are split equally across all hourly staff and related to transactions that occurring during your shift;
- All tips (cash and credit) are included on weekly paychecks.
