In this vital role, you will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute to delivering high-quality meals and exceptional service in a fast-paced food industry setting. We operate 3 days a week and mostly 6-7 hours on each operating day. (usually Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) Responsibilities
  • assist with chopping, cutting vegetables specifically for Indian cooking.
  • packing food in boxes and bag them for every customer as per their order
  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Follow food handling procedures meticulously to uphold food safety management protocols. Requirements
  • Knowledge of operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Understanding of food safety standards, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and recipe adherence.
  • Have King county Food handling permit
  • Experience with knife skills, slicing techniques, and meal preparation is preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (from 6
  • 8 hours) and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
