As a member of our pastry team, you will become an invaluable part of what Dote is best known for - providing world-class, hand-crafted bakery and chocolate products that pair with our espresso and coffee menu. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for assisting the Production Manager in the execution of our daily bake-off and assisting with other tasks as needed. You must be able to lift 30 lbs. and stand on your feet for extended periods of time. The position includes pushing large baking racks, moving boxes, working with knives, ovens, and industrial kitchen equipment. We are looking for someone who can work both independently and be a team player. You must be hygienic, organized, have an eye for detail and willing to do the less glamorous tasks every one of the team does, like wash dishes and empty the trash. With this, our team operates like a close-knit family, and we have a lot of fun together.
