SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT KITCHEN STAFF

About Us We are a fast-paced Vietnamese pho restaurant focused on serving authentic, high-quality food with excellent customer service. We are looking for reliable, hardworking kitchen staff who can work efficiently in a team environment and help maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for pho and other Vietnamese dishes (washing, chopping, portioning meats and vegetables) Assist with broth preparation, noodle cooking, and plating dishes Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas Follow food safety and hygiene standards Restock kitchen supplies and monitor inventory levels Wash dishes and assist with kitchen closing/opening duties Work efficiently during busy meal periods Communicate and cooperate with kitchen and front-of-house staff Qualifications Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Knowledge of Vietnamese and Vietnamese cuisine is a plus

SERVER STAFF

About Us We are a busy Vietnamese pho restaurant dedicated to providing authentic food, quality drinks, and welcoming customer service. We are looking for team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and creating a great experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner Take food and drink orders accurately Prepare boba teas and other beverages Operate POS system and handle payments Deliver food and beverages promptly Maintain cleanliness of dining area, drink station, and front counter Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties Answer customer questions about menu items and recommendations Work efficiently during busy rush periods Qualifications Previous restaurant, café, or boba experience preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to stand for extended periods Knowledge of Vietnamese and Vietnamese food or boba drinks is a plus
