Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies Support food running and serving duties to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting tasks safely during stock replenishment and equipment movement Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold food safety standards at all times Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with in-person customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Support banquet and event setups by preparing serving stations and assisting with large-scale food service needs Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments with a strong understanding of food safety practices Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking processes Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred but not required Knowledge of cleaning protocols, bussing procedures, and general kitchen sanitation standards Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting Previous banquet experience is a plus but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey in the culinary industry where your energy fuels our success!
