Full Job Description Position Overview:

As a Line/Prep Cook at The Black Diamond, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, contributing to the seamless execution of our evening services.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and assembly of high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards. Execute precise and timely service during peak hours, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Collaborate closely with the culinary team to maintain a well-organized and efficient kitchen operation. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance menu offerings and seasonal specials. Uphold strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment operation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a passion for learning and growth. Availability for evening shifts on a consistent weekly basis.
