Full-time (5 days (Saturday - Wednesday) / week, 7pm-3am)•Time frame may be subject to change (6pm-2am) as production evolves•
Pay Structure:
Hourly Pay$21/hr (First 10 days: Training Period)$23/hr (Pay rate once training period is complete)

About the
Role:
Working in the kitchen, staff members will be tasked with the production of the onigiri product. Working with both efficiency and purpose is essential to a smooth and timely operation. As the driving force behind the materialization of our product, kitchen staff members are essential for the success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with other staff members to ensure kitchen is set up in a timely manner and ready for productionWork alongside staff to ensure production of daily order is completed on scheduleWork with staff to ensure ingredients and other preparations are complete and ready for following day's production
Requirements:
Current / up-to-date Food Handler s cardPrevious experience working in a kitchenAble to speak and understand English at a working levelAble to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAble to lift up to 40lbsNice to have:(Beneficial but not required)Flexibility to adapt to different production role as neededWillingness to adapt and learn as the company growsPrevious experience working with Japanese cuisineAble to speak and understand Japanese at working level
Reporting Relationship:
Report directly to kitchen manager / supervisor
