Responsible for food preparation, serving, meal break down, general kitchen and dining hall cleaning Ensure proper food service standards, including food storage and kitchen cleanliness Provide outstanding and consistent customer service to all camp guests Responsible for strict adherence to policies and procedures related to safety and other regulations Reliable transportation Must be 16 years old and prior experience with youth and/or a food service setting is preferred Possess a practical understanding and comprehensive knowledge of food service, storage and cleanliness standards Preferred applicants will be available for the duration of summer camp, June 14-August 15
