Duties Assist with food preparation by chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and standards Support cooking processes by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under supervision Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly Help with food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations Support banquet and event setups by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating as needed Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly to keep the service environment tidy and welcoming Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff Ability to handle food safely and adhere to hygiene standards at all times Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or banquet facilities is a plus Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Willingness to take direction, multitask, and contribute positively to team morale Embark on a rewarding journey in the culinary world with us!
