Duties Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation guidelines Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling procedures Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking tasks Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene practices Support banquet and event setups by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring timely service Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and deliver excellent customer service in a hospitality setting Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards Experience with banquet service, bussing, or hotel food operations is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact positively with customers Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with food handling regulations and sanitation practices required for safe kitchen operations A passion for hospitality, culinary arts, and delivering excellent customer experiences Embark on an energetic journey with us where every day brings new opportunities to hone your skills, serve delicious food, and create joyful moments for our guests!
