About Us Nadi Plates is a family-owned Milwaukee Italian kitchen. What started with our mom's cooking has grown into catering, food trucks, a stand at American Family Field, and a restaurant opening this fall — and we're still very much a family. We're looking for a few good people to join our crew. The Role We need flexible, dependable people who are ready to jump in wherever we need them. That means serving at a wedding on Saturday night, working the truck at American Family Field on Sunday, and maybe helping prep for a private event during the week. No two days look exactly alike, and that's the point. Most of our current hours are at weddings and catered events (primarily weekends) and at American Family Field, but you should be the kind of person who's down to show up wherever the schedule calls — food truck shifts at Zócalo Food Park, festivals, breweries, and beyond. As our restaurant opens this fall, there's real room to grow with us. What You'll Do Serve food and beverages to guests at weddings and catered events Assist with event setup, breakdown, loading, and unloading Roll fresh-made dough and craft pizzas, calzones, and Italian street food to order on our trucks Take care of customers — orders, service, and keeping the line moving with a smile Help set up, run, and break down the truck at our various locations Keep your station clean, stocked, and safe Jump in wherever the crew needs you Represent Nadi Plates with a warm, professional presence What We're Looking For A real team player — friendly, dependable, and steady when it gets busy Flexible on hours, location, and whatever the day throws at you Comfortable on your feet for several hours and able to lift up to 50 lbs Personable in both casual and formal settings Experience in the kitchen and behind the counter A good attitude matters Must have reliable transportation to locations across the Milwaukee metro area (staff often carpool) Pay & Perks $15-18/hour depending on role and experience, plus tips Flexible, event-based schedule — great as a second job or weekend gig Food always provided on the job Paid training Employee discount Work with a tight-knit, family-run team with room to grow
