Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling, bussing tables, and kitchen surfaces. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly suggestions. Assist with food safety practices and proper food storage to meet health regulations. Support team members by managing time efficiently during busy hours and ensuring quick service delivery. Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math for sales upselling. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Experience working in fast-paced settings like cafes, grocery stores, or restaurants is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
