Job Summary The dietary aid will provide supportive food service by preparing, serving, and assisting with meals for residents while following dietary guidelines, safety standards, and promoting a positive dining experience.
Reports To:
This role reports to the Kitchen Manager.
Supervision:
This role has no supervisory duties.
Schedule:
The dietary aid will work up to 30 hours per week.
Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Serve meals and drinks to residents
  • Deliver meals to residents
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room before and after meals
  • Wash dishes and properly sanitize kitchen and dining equipment
  • Set and prepare dining tables with condiments and supplies
  • Assist kitchen staff with daily food service operations
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Competencies:
  • Proven dietary experience
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities effectively
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs Pioneer Property Management, Inc.
