Job Description
We're hiring one reliable mid-shift Sandwich Artist for the Subway inside the Rhinelander Walmart. Shift is 11am to 6pm, and we'll build the week around your availability — we just need someone here 4 to 5 days a week, and we're flexible on which ones.
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
$13/hr base, plus tips that typically run $2 to $4/hr — so most crew take home around $15 to $17/hr. Paid biweekly (every other Friday) with direct deposit.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Make sandwiches and salads through the lunch rush, run the register, keep the line stocked, and hand off a clean, ready-to-run store to the closer at the end of your shift. We'll train you on everything — no sandwich experience needed.WHAT WE OFFER
- $15 to $17/hr total earnings (base + tips)
- Free meal every shift you work
- Biweekly pay with direct deposit
- Indoor, climate-controlled — you're inside Walmart, no drive-thru, no late nights (home by 6:15)
- A real schedule we build around your life, not one we hand you Sunday night
WHO THRIVES ON THIS SHIFT
People who want daytime work with their evenings and mornings free — parents with school-age kids, students with morning classes, retirees who want part-time hours, or anyone with a second job. The 11am start means no 6am opens, and the 6pm end means dinner is with your people, not with the store.WHO DOESN'T
Anyone who needs a slow-paced job — lunch is the busiest hour of the day here. And anyone who can't commit to showing up: if you're on the schedule for 11, we need you here at 10:55.NEXT STEP
Apply through Indeed. You'll get a text from me within an hour. If we're a fit on a quick 5-minute phone call, I'll bring you in for a paid 2-hour tryout shift during a slow afternoon — yes, we pay you cash whether or not we hire you.Pay:
