Duties Assist in preparing a wide variety of menu items including pizzas, sandwiches, pastas, and burgers, following recipes to ensure quality and consistency Maintain a clean, organized kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and keeping stations stocked and ready Follow proper food safety and handling procedures to ensure all meals are prepared safely and correctly Support the front-of-house team by preparing orders quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment Help with prep work such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for daily service Assist with cooking tasks under supervision to build your kitchen skills and confidence Contribute to the positive, fun atmosphere by working collaboratively and maintaining a great attitude Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic understanding of food safety practices is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential Why Join Roadhouse Pizza?
