Event & Kitchen staff member

Summery Help set up for events as well as successful food and beverage services. Responsibilities Unload & put away deliveries Set up table settings including glasses, silverware, napkins and chairs Assist bar manager with stocking the bar. Assist in the kitchen in order to ensure high quality food and presentation. Work in the kitchen to help prep food before service. Plate entrees and sides efficiently and cleanly. Load and unload silverware, plates, tables, buffet lines and other service equipment. Answer any guest questions concerning food/beverages. Greet guests at tables while serving food. Refill water Clear dirty dishes after food service. Maintain cleanliness and organization by taking out garbage, washing dishes and cleaning equipment. Assist other staff in order to ensure a successful food service Maintain an enthusiastic and professional attitude towards guests and other staff members. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Thursday/Friday/Saturday work availability Must be able to lift trays, pots, and pans of food. (30lbs) Must be able to work on their feet for long periods of time. Prior Food service experience would be preferred Skills Communication Organization Problem solving Customer service
